Hello and Welcome to Camp Taylor Cottage! This charming home has recently gone through a tasteful upgrade to all areas of the house. When you first enter through the front door you will immediately notice that everything in the home has been tasteful update for this purpose of positive guest interaction. This is a Non Smoking Home. NO Marijuana Smoking!! No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home! No Smoking in the House! Living Room: Living room with a couch LED Smart TV 32” 1st Bedroom: Queen size bed - Tempur-pedic (very confortable). Dresser, small closet, ceiling fan 2nd Bedroom: Full Size Size bed-Sleep Number bed Dresser and small closet. Bar Area- bonus room attached to kitchen: 2 barstools and 32” LED Smart TV, bookshelves Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless under-mount sink and a faucet with a pull out spray handle. Small bar at the window (2 bar stools) Bathroom: All new flooring new fixtures, toilet and the best part the shower (5' x 5') shower with 2 shower heads and glass doors. Basement: Washer and Dryer in the basement There is a large table for folding laundry and also a chair. Clothes rack Basement bed: There is are two (3) twin beds in the basement Love seat. This is just in case you have an extra guest and need a bed. This is a great alternative to the couch. This home is also very kid, infant friendly. It has door locks located on the upper portion of the doors in order to keep kids in/ out of certain areas. There is also a high chair, pack and play, baby tub, plug covers, board games and quite a bit more. Feel free to ask any questions. This is a Non Smoking Home. No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home! NO smoking in the house! Local Bookings will be accepted. Please DO NOT book my place and attempt to have a party!!! This place is NOT for a party, NOT for a large gathering, NOT for a group up to 10 people, NOT for get togethers. It is for travelers needing a place for themselves and their family. That is it! Nothing else. If you are local, don’t book my place! If you book for 1 person and 7 people are there your booking will be cancelled and the cops will be called! Guests have full access, the place is theirs for the duration of their stay! 4 cars will fit in the Driveway and extra spots are available directly in front of the house, however in an extremely safe area with no permits required. You are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street. There are 4-5 spaces We manage multiple properties in the greater Louisville area and accommodate early and late requests. We look forward to working will most reasonable requests to check in/ check out. If you have pets with you, please pick up after them during your stay. This is a Non Smoking Home. No Smoking in the House Distance from other Louisville notable attractions: .67 Miles from the airport/ Fair Exposition Center 2.8 Miles from Churchill Downs, 4.9 Miles from Bardstown road Restaurants/Shopping and Nightlife. 5.6 Miles from the KFC! Yum Center and Downtown & Convention Center/ 4th Street Live, Riverfront 7.5 Miles from Frankfort Ave Restaurants/Shopping and Nightlife. -within 10 miles of multiple distilleries on the Urban Bourbon Trail. Uber/ Lyft and always available. This home is close to the airport, convention center, hotels, Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park and many other places. Car rental is available within 1 mile at the airport. Public transportation is available via a bus line 4 blocks away. No Smoking in the House! You will enjoy being centrally located in the city. Whether you are planning on heading downtown or a trade show and the fair/ expo center. This home will give you an opportunity to have some extra space for you and your friends. This is a pet friendly home. We have water & food bowls in the home already. We love pets. Please be kind and clean up before you check out. If you plan on bringing pets, please pay the cleaning fee through Air/BNB's resolution center upon booking. Currently there is no other way to pay the deposit. The coffee maker is a Keurig. We provide several extra K-cups upon every check in. We keep sugar and creamers in stock. Please also note: This home is located across the street from a train track. The train is a slow moving train that does not blow its horn. The train may go 3-5 mph. It is barely noticeable when you are inside or outside of the house. This is a Non Smoking Home. December 2025 4.00We spent the weekend in Louisville celebrating an early Christmas with family. The cottage was in the perfect location for us and had room for our kids, grandkids and our fur babies. The backyard was fully fenced, had covered seating and room for kids to play and dogs to play fetch. There were toys and games, comfortable beds and seating. The 1 area that was disappointing was kitchen. Broken drawer and not well stocked for cooking pots and pans. We would stay again!

December 2025 2.00I was surprised that the cleaning company left sheets off the bed and in the laundry area. We laundered and made our own beds which were extremely comfortable. There were missing screws in kitchen chairs and my friend fell out of the chair. The bathroom tiles are cracked but the shower was amazing. There were no active signs of pests but we saw rodent droppings and dead insects. Overall we were disappointed but he did his best to make it ok. We received a partial refund and he was nice enough.

November 2025 5.00This was the best communication I have received from anyone, extremely responsive. The house was ready before checkin and Daniel reached out to let us know that. The back yard was great for us and are pets and the beds all very comfortable! I was able to cook with plenty of supplies -we don’t usually eat out when traveling so this was very helpful to us. The train was not a bother and the driveway fit the truck and suv without problem. Or and if your a fan sleeper - each bed had one. We were able to set up 2 mid size dog crates without problem. Very happy we booked this home and plan to again when we return

November 2025 5.00Daniel was extremely proactive in communication, making sure we could get in and that all was good. He was flexible with arrival and departure time, and quick to respond via text when we had questions. Home was clean and felt like a home away from home. Although we didn't need this trip - so many amenities available - noticed a high chair, some kids toys, coffee maker, air fryer, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc. Back yard looks amazing to use for hanging out in the evening - we just didn't get opportunity to use this trip. Will definitely be back should we have a need in this area again!
